IMS POLICY
The business policy of the company is to provide high quality services from its business, and in accordance with applicable regulations, using its own knowledge and experience gained over many years of work.
The quality of services as a basic guideline in our work motivates us to always work better and better, because it is never a product of chance, but the result of deliberate efforts. At the same time, we see the quality of services as the main factor that will provide us with the possibility of continuous development, until complete mastery of quality management and achieving a leading position in the company.
Satisfying the requirements of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and adhering to their requirements also serves as an effective means for achieving the above-mentioned goals.
Through continuous development of new, quality services and their harmonization with the requirements of our customers, we strive to provide our company with a leading position in our field of business, meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.
The main aspiration of our organization is to apply a food safety management system based on the requirements of the ISO 22000: 2018 standard when providing services to users who are in the food production chain.
Considering that the health and safety of employees are the greatest values of the company, we have complied with the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018 and in accordance with these requirements we strive to provide working and business conditions that prevent injuries and endanger health, and continuous improvement of OH&S management system, providing services we ensure maximum safety for users of our services. The success of the company cannot be imagined and achieved without a correct and partnership relationship with the suppliers of raw materials and services – our suppliers and subcontractors.
We pay great attention, through appropriate training, to raising awareness of each of our employees regarding quality and expertise. With the active participation of employees in creating business processes, guided by the goals and interests of the company, we achieve a climate of cooperation, mutual trust and belonging to the company.
Influencing and raising the awareness of our customers, our commitment to protecting the environment in which we work, conserving resources, and preventing pollution in the best possible way, is one of the basic principles of business policy and we have implemented and applied ISO 14001: 2015.
By monitoring and applying new technologies and innovations, as well as continuous training and development of employees, we work on raising awareness about the security of information internally created and externally obtained according to the requirements of ISO / IEC 27001: 2013. All decisions are made regarding information security based on risk assessment.
With many years of experience and the adoption of the European standard for pest control EN: 16636, we guarantee the competence to provide quality services recognized in Europe at all times and services that will minimize risks and possible negative impacts on our customers, population, environment and animal welfare.
